Dr. Dona Biswas FRANZCP MBBS MD (Psych)
Dr Biswas is a general adult psychiatrist and a Fellow of the Royal Australianand New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. She is expert in management of a wide range of mental health conditions with special interest in mood disorders, women’s mental health issues, complex PTSD and adult ADHD. She has substantial experience in delivery of Cognitive-Behavioural therapy in a range of psychiatric conditions, and Interpersonal therapy particularly in female clients who experience more stressful life events on average. She also provides telepsychiatry services to people in rural and remote areas. She is involved in providing neurofeedback training at her private rooms in ZenWaves clinic in Blacktown.

Dr Vivek Sharma MBBS MD(Psych) BCN Neurofeedback Practitioner
Dr Sharma completed his MBBS and MD (Psychiatry) from King George’s Medical University in India. After realizing the limited impact of conventional medical treatments in severe mental illness, he developed a specialized interest in neuromodulation and trained in Neurofeedback in Australia, and went on to become Board-Certified in Neurofeedback by BCIA. He has trained in use of QEEG brain mapping- a novel investigative technique, which provides precision neurofeedback training, and is in the final stages of accreditation in this discipline. Due to his combined knowledge of Medicine, Psychiatry and QEEG he has a nuanced understanding of therapeutic and adverse effects of medications on the brain and uses this knowledge to provide recommendations for neurotherapy interventions.
He has considerable experience in managing some of the most challenging neuropsychiatric conditions such as Obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD and Autistic spectrum disorder which are often underdiagnosed and respond poorly to conventional treatments. He has been using QEEG-guided neurofeedback training at ZenWaves Clinic to treat people suffering from developmental trauma, traumatic brain injury and chronic fatigue syndrome among other conditions.
He joined headspace-Early Psychosis in 2020 and was instrumental in setting up their signature Neurofeedback program. Currently his team is studying the efficacy of QEEG- guided neurofeedback training in young persons with early psychosis and developmental trauma with promising early results.

Dr Ram Ganapathy MBBS MRCPsych FRANZCP
Dr Ganapathy has over 20 years of experience in the area of mental health.He has completed his membership and training in psychiatry in the UK as well as obtaining his fellowship from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. He has extensive clinical, management and medicolegal experience in the UK.
His areas of interest include mood disorders, psychosis and schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, Adult ADHD, Autism etc. He has extensive experience in managing patients from diverse backgrounds. He promotes holistic care and partners with general practitioners, allied health practitioners, patients and their families.

Sumana Kodi MA MPhil (Social Work)
Sumana Kodi is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than three decades of experience. She likes to support consumers in their own recovery by improving collaboration within their families and carers, and with various governmental and non-governmental organizations. She has M.A. in Social Work-specialisation in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work, M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social work and Masters Degree in Conversational Psychotherapy. She is a Registered Medicare, ATAPS, NDIS Provider and Counsellor with Workers Comp NSW.
